The Advanced Search allows users to query results using a combination of filters
Logical search is executed linearly from top to bottom. Please see example below.
Filters:
Dataset Hit
- query results that are hits in a specific dataset.
- the options are: Protein Concentration (PC), Protein Localization (PL), Gene Expression (GE),
and Translational Efficiency (TE).
Peak Phase
- query results that peak in a specific cell cycle stage.
- the options are: G1 Pre-START, G1 Post-START, S/G2, Metaphase, Anaphase, and Telophase.
- peak phase data is only available for the following datasets: PC, GE and TE.
Top Localization
- query results wherein the specified compartment is considered as a top localization in at least
one of the cell cycle stages.
- top localization is defined as the compartment that has the highest average localization
score across all 3 replicates.
